Ian Graye is the Chef of vegan pop-up Moto Foto. He was a cook for almost ten years in NYC before transplanting to Philadelphia in 2020. He’s worked at such restaurants as one Michelin star Blue Hill, James Beard award winning Hearth, the best vegetarian restaurant in the country; abcV, and many of Brooklyn’s best vegan restaurants. He’s excited to bring you seasonal dishes based solely on vegetables, fruits, grains and funghi, without the use of mock meat or commercial products.
